Five-port Fast Ethernet switch with four PoE+ ports, 90 W power budget, IP30 metal housing and -40 °C to 75 °C operating range
The TRENDnet TI-PELC50 is a hardened unmanaged switch built for industrial automation, security and transport networks. It delivers four PoE+ ports and one standard Fast Ethernet port in a compact metal enclosure rated IP30. The unit mounts on DIN-Rail or wall brackets for installation in cabinets or tight machinery spaces.
Each port operates at 10/100Mbps, capping throughput well below Gigabit speeds for modern high-resolution cameras or wireless access points. The 1Gbps switching capacity handles aggregate traffic but single flows cannot exceed 100Mbps. Copper cabling remains limited to 100 metres per segment without additional extenders or fibre converters.
The switch supplies up to 30W per port across four ports but the shared 90W budget prevents powering four maximum-draw devices simultaneously. High-power PTZ cameras or multi-radio access points may require fewer connected units or an external midspan. A compatible power supply such as the TI-S15052 or TI-S12048 must be sourced separately to energise the PoE subsystem.

Use the four 10/100 Mbps PoE+ ports for powered devices such as cameras or access points; the fifth 10/100 Mbps port is a standard uplink without PoE.
The switch can supply up to 30 W per PoE+ port, with a total budget of 90 W shared across all four powered ports.
No, every port runs at 10/100 Mbps; the 1 Gbps figure is the internal fabric capacity, not the port speed.
