Hardened 6-port industrial switch delivers four PoE+ ports, two SFP uplinks and 120 W power budget for harsh environments

Style Industrial Black
The TRENDnet TI-PG62B is an unmanaged Gigabit switch built for harsh environments. It provides four PoE+ ports and two 100/1000 Mbps SFP slots for fibre uplinks. Mounting options include DIN-rail and wall fixtures. The unit operates from -40 to 75 °C and meets EN 60068-2-27, EN 60068-2-32 and EN 60068-2-6 for shock, freefall and vibration resistance. IP30 rating adds protection against solid objects.
The switch draws a maximum of 5.76 W when no PoE devices are attached. It accepts 12, 24 or 48 V DC through a 6-pin removable terminal block and includes a grounding point. No internal fan is present, so acoustic output is negligible. An optional TI-S12048 power supply can be used. PoE budget reaches 120 W at 24, 48 or 56 V DC and 60 W at 12 V DC, delivering up to 55 V DC output per port.
With a 12 Gbps switching fabric and 1 MB buffer, the switch forwards jumbo frames up to 9 KB without blocking. The 120 W PoE budget supports four simultaneous PoE+ devices continuously at 24 V DC or higher input. At 12 V DC input the budget halves to 60 W, limiting the number of full-power ports. MAC address table holds 1K entries. The DIP switch allows basic port configuration for specialised deployments. Not suited for buyers who need managed features such as VLANs, QoS or remote monitoring.

Other versions of this model
Clip the switch onto a standard DIN rail or use the wall-mount brackets; then insert wires into the 6-pin removable terminal block following the polarity markings on the case.
The fanless, unmanaged design has no moving parts or firmware to update; periodic inspection of the terminal-block connections and SFP module seating is the only upkeep required.
The switch is rated to operate up to 75 °C; sustained full PoE+ output near that temperature will reach the thermal limit before the 120 W power budget is exhausted.
