52-Port Gigabit Web Smart PoE+ Switch

The TRENDnet TPE-5048WS is a rackmount switch designed for SMB networks needing high-density PoE+ connectivity. It provides 48 Gigabit PoE+ ports and four shared Gigabit ports that accept either RJ-45 or SFP uplinks. A 740W PoE power budget supports devices such as wireless access points, PTZ cameras and VoIP phones. The web-based management interface simplifies configuration for IT administrators.

Smart Fan Cooling and Power Consumption

A built-in Smart Fan adjusts speed based on internal temperature to maintain airflow while limiting acoustic output. Maximum power draw reaches 963W from a 100-240V AC internal supply. The switch operates between -5 and 50 degrees Celsius with up to 95 percent non-condensing humidity. IEEE 802.3az Energy Efficient Ethernet reduces consumption during low-traffic periods.

Web Management and Traffic Controls
