Wireless Presentation Kit for Multi-Device Meetings

The TRENDnet TWP-100R1K is a wireless presenter kit built for business meetings, classrooms and home use. It connects up to 32 devices simultaneously across Windows, Mac, Android and iOS platforms. Plug-and-play operation lets presenters start sharing content with a single click. The kit suits environments where multiple users need to present from different device types without cable swapping.

HDMI 1.4 Connectivity with 5.1 Audio Pass-Through

The receiver uses an HDMI 1.4 compliant link with HDCP 1.4 support to deliver 4K HD resolution to the display. 5.1 audio is carried over the same HDMI cable, so surround sound reaches the audio system without extra wiring. The compact transmitter and receiver units weigh 2.7500 in total, making the kit easy to move between meeting rooms or lecture halls. No software installation is required on the host devices.

HDCP 1.4 and Device Limits Define Practical Use

Content protected by newer HDCP versions may not pass through the HDMI 1.4 interface, limiting playback of some premium 4K sources. The 32-device connection ceiling restricts very large collaborative sessions or bring-your-own-device events. Wireless bandwidth and latency depend on the local RF environment, so highly congested spaces may see reduced responsiveness. Buyers needing more simultaneous connections or newer HDCP compliance should consider other solutions.

Questions about this item

What does the HDMI 1.4 interface with HDCP 1.4 support cap the maximum resolution and audio format at?

The kit delivers 4K HD resolution and passes 5.1 surround sound over the HDMI connection, limited by the 1.4 specification and HDCP 1.4 content protection.

What physical connections and space does the receiver need to fit into a display or projector?

The receiver plugs directly into an HDMI port on the display and draws power from the included USB cable, requiring only the space for a standard HDMI connector and a nearby USB socket.

How is the presenter kit installed, and what step do users often miss when adding more source devices?

Connect the receiver to the display via HDMI and USB power, then pair each laptop, phone or tablet by pressing the pair button on the receiver and the transmitter app — up to 32 devices can be paired, but each new device must complete the pairing sequence before presenting.
