Compact Bookshelf Pair for Dedicated Stands

The Triangle Borea BR03 speakers arrive as a matched pair finished in Light Oak Blue. Each cabinet houses a 25mm EFS silk dome tweeter and a 16cm midrange/bass driver using an untreated cellulose paper membrane. The design targets listeners who want floorstander scale from a bookshelf footprint and intend to place the speakers on dedicated S02 or S04 stands.

Room Size and Placement Limits

The manufacturer states the pair fits rooms from 15 to 30 square metres. Performance is tied to proper stand mounting; the cabinets are not designed for shelf or desktop placement. Without the specified stands the bass alignment and imaging suffer, so buyers without stand space should look elsewhere.

Driver Capacity and Headroom

The 16cm driver delivers deep notes and high power handling for the stated room range. In larger spaces beyond 30 square metres the bass authority and dynamic headroom run out. The silk dome tweeter keeps vocals detailed without fatigue at normal listening levels, but extreme output demands will exceed the compact enclosure’s limits.
