Tribit StormBox Micro 3 13W speaker

The Tribit StormBox Micro 3 is a compact mono Bluetooth 6.0 speaker rated at 13 watts with an 8-inch driver and passive radiators. It targets outdoor users who want rugged, portable audio for cycling, hiking or campsite listening. The IP68 rating and 1.22m drop proofing suit wet, dusty or rough environments.

Sustained output with 24-hour battery

A 15-minute charge provides four hours of playback while a full charge takes roughly two hours and yields up to 24 hours at medium volume. The RunStretch adaptive power algorithm manages output during long sessions so the 13W rating remains stable without thermal throttling. Bluetooth 6.0 maintains a stable link up to 45 metres even during extended use.

Strap and magnetic mount installation

The 2-in-1 strap secures to poles around 30mm in diameter and the magnetic base attaches to metal surfaces; both hold firmly on handlebars, backpacks or tent poles. Common issues include the strap slipping on oversized tubes and the magnet releasing on vertical surfaces if the speaker is knocked. The package includes a charging cable and user manual for setup.

Questions about this item

How long will the 13W speaker run on battery before it needs recharging?

The built-in battery delivers up to 24 hours of continuous playback at medium volume, and a 15-minute quick charge restores roughly 4 hours of listening time.

Does the speaker need any extra accessory or cable to start streaming music?

No separate accessory is required; the speaker pairs directly via Bluetooth 6.0 to any phone or tablet, and the box includes a charging cable for power.

Can I pair this speaker with an older Tribit model I already own for stereo sound?

The TWS stereo pairing function works only between two StormBox Micro 3 units, so an older Tribit speaker cannot be linked for stereo.
