Single-port PoE++ injector delivers 60W power and Gigabit data over existing cabling, operating from -40 to +75 °C with IP30-rated DIN-rail housing
The Tripp Lite NPOEI60W1G adds IEEE 802.3bt power to an existing Gigabit Ethernet link so cameras, access points or VoIP phones can be installed without a PoE switch. It accepts 24-57VDC input and delivers up to 60W over Cat5e, Cat6 or Cat6a cable runs up to 328 feet. The unit is built for industrial environments with an operating range of -40F to +75F and an IP30-rated metal housing.
The injector runs without a fan, so it adds no audible noise to a rack or cabinet. Heat is dissipated passively through the IP30 enclosure while the device forwards 10/100/1000 Mbps data and up to 60W of power. Protection circuits guard against short circuits, high voltage and overload conditions during normal operation. Power is supplied through a dual 24-57VDC terminal block rather than an AC outlet.
A DIN rail kit and terminal block are included for quick attachment to standard industrial rails. One RJ-45 input port receives data from the network switch and one RJ-45 output port carries both data and PoE++ power to the powered device. The compact 9.2" x 7.2" x 2.4" form factor fits tight enclosures, though the single-port design means each additional device requires its own injector.

Snap the included DIN rail kit onto the housing, then connect the 24-57VDC terminal block before linking the RJ-45 input and output. The step often missed is tightening the terminal-block screws fully so the DC feed stays secure under vibration.
The unit has no fan or moving parts, so only the RJ-45 ports and terminal block may wear. If a port fails, replace the whole injector; the DIN rail clips and terminal block are user-replaceable if damaged.
The housing is rated to 75F; sustained 60W output at that temperature leaves no margin, so the internal protection will trip before any other limit is reached.
