Power Distribution Unit

The Tripp Lite PDU12IEC is a basic 1U rack-mountable power distribution unit designed for network closets and server racks. It accepts worldwide 100-240 V single-phase input through an IEC-320 C20 inlet and delivers unfiltered pass-through power to fourteen outlets. The all-metal cabinet includes detachable flanges for flexible wallmount, under-counter or 0U cable-management installation.

Outlet Configuration

This unit provides twelve IEC-320 C13 outlets and two IEC-320 C19 outlets on the front panel. The mixed receptacle layout supports a variety of server, switch and storage power cords without adapters. Input voltage range covers 100 V, 120 V, 208 V, 230 V and 240 V at 50 or 60 Hz nominal frequency.

Sustained Load Behaviour

A 16 A overload protection breaker covers the entire strip for continuous operation up to the rated current. Unfiltered electrical pass-through without a power switch makes the PDU suitable for distributing alternate-waveform UPS or generator power. The unit is tested to UL 60950-1 and CAN/CSA C22.2 No. 60950-1-03 standards for safe sustained use.
