The Tripp Lite PDUV20 is a 1.9 kW single-phase power distribution unit built for 0U vertical mounting in standard racks. It provides fourteen NEMA 5-15/20R outlets fed by a NEMA L5-20P input plug with an included 5-20P adapter. The switchless design prevents accidental shutdown of connected equipment. A 15 ft attached cord reaches distant power sources.

Check inlet type cord length

Verify that your facility supplies a compatible 20 A 120 V circuit with either an L5-20R or 5-20R receptacle for the input plug and adapter. Confirm the 15 ft cord reaches from the rack to that receptacle without strain. Ensure the 36 in tall metal housing fits the vertical 0U channel and that the included toolless buttons or bolt-down brackets suit your rack posts. The unit carries UL 60950-1 and CSA C22.2 No. 60950-1 certification for North American use.

Continuous 2400 W delivery

The PDU delivers its full 2400 W rating continuously across the fourteen outlets as long as the 20 A branch circuit holds. Internal 20 A overload protection trips only on sustained over-current rather than momentary inrush, so transient spikes from server power supplies do not nuisance-trip the strip. All-metal construction and vertical airflow path keep internal temperatures stable during prolonged maximum-load operation.
