Power strip with six outlets and 15 ft cord

The Tripp Lite PS615 is a new power strip that provides six NEMA 5-15R outlets for distributing power to multiple devices. A lighted on/off switch shows power status, and a 15-amp circuit breaker protects against overloads. The 15 ft cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug reaches distant wall outlets.

Suited for home or office equipment needing extra

This strip suits users who need to power appliances, tools or lighting away from a wall socket. One outlet is spaced to accept a bulky transformer without blocking the others. Buyers who need surge protection or more than six outlets should look at a different model.

15 ft cord length for distant outlets

The extra-long 15 ft cord is the specification that determines whether this strip reaches your equipment. Keyhole mounting slots allow wall installation if required. The unit weighs 1.85 and carries a lifetime warranty from the manufacturer.

Questions about this item

Does the PS615 stay cool and quiet when powering equipment all day?

The PS615 has no fan and no moving parts, so it runs silently and produces no noticeable heat during continuous use.

What must I already have to use this power strip?

You need a standard NEMA 5-15R wall outlet to accept the 5-15P plug on the 15-foot cord.

Will my older devices with bulky transformer plugs fit without blocking the other outlets?

Yes, one of the six NEMA 5-15R outlets is spaced to accept a large transformer while leaving the remaining five outlets free.
