Six-outlet strip for 120 V equipment

The Tripp Lite TLM615NCRA is a six-outlet power strip rated for 120 V input and a maximum of 1800 W. It provides 15 A of output amperage capacity through a 15 ft cord. The unit measures 13.75" x 2.50" x 2.00" and weighs 2.80 lbs.

Suited for indoor AC loads up to 15 A

This strip suits users who need multiple grounded outlets for appliances, power tools or lighting within the 15 A, 120 V limit. Builders who require surge suppression, a circuit breaker, or higher voltage operation should look elsewhere.

1800 W maximum power rating

The single specification that decides fit is the 1800 W maximum power rating at 120 V. Any connected load must stay at or below this figure to avoid overload. Certifications include UL 1363, cUL and RoHS.

Questions about this item

What is the maximum continuous load the TLM615NCRA can handle before its 15 A circuit breaker trips?

The strip is rated for 1800 W at 120 V, which equals the 15 A breaker limit; sustained loads above that will trip the breaker.

Does the unit generate noticeable heat or fan noise when powering equipment all day?

It has no fan and no active cooling; the housing stays at ambient temperature under normal loads up to 1800 W.

What type of wall receptacle is required for the NEMA 5-15P plug on the 15 ft cord?

A standard 120 V NEMA 5-15R duplex outlet — the same receptacle used for most North American household appliances.
