12-Outlet Surge Protector with Tel/Coax

The Tripp Lite TLP1208TELTV is a 12-outlet surge protector designed for workstations, PCs, telecom systems and home electronics. It delivers 2880 Joules of AC surge suppression and includes an 8 ft cord with a right-angle plug. Diagnostic LEDs show protection and ground status at a glance.

Suited for multi-device desks needing phone

This unit fits offices or home setups that require protection for up to four transformer blocks plus telephone/modem and coaxial lines. Buyers who only need basic AC outlets without data-line protection or a lower Joule rating should look at simpler models.

2880 Joules surge suppression rating

The single specification that decides fit is the 2880 Joule rating, which defines how much surge energy the protector can absorb before it must be replaced. If your equipment demands a higher or lower absorption figure, this model will not match that requirement.

Questions about this item
