Six protected outlets for everyday gear

The Tripp Lite TLP606USBB provides six NEMA 5-15R outlets rated for 120V input and 1875W total capacity. One outlet is spaced to accept bulky transformer plugs without blocking neighbours. A 15A resettable circuit breaker cuts power during dangerous overloads, and the unit meets UL1449 3rd Edition, UL1363 and cUL certifications.

Two USB ports add 2.1A shared charging

The built‑in USB ports supply up to 2.1A combined, letting phones, tablets or other USB devices charge directly from the strip. This removes the need for separate wall adapters and keeps the six AC outlets free for larger equipment. The black housing and six‑foot cord allow flexible placement on a desk or behind furniture.

990‑joule rating defines the protection ceiling

The surge suppressor absorbs up to 990 joules and filters EMI/RFI line noise per IEEE 587 category A&B specifications. Once that energy capacity is reached the protective components degrade, so the strip must be replaced after a major surge event. It is not suited for whole‑house or high‑energy industrial applications.
