Six-outlet metal strip

The Tripp Lite UL24CB-15 is a 120V power strip with six NEMA 5-15R outlets spaced 1.625 inches apart on a black metal housing. It suits workbench, wall-mount or floor-mount setups where a durable strip with a lighted switch is needed.

15 A output capacity

The strip delivers up to 15 A at 120 V through its 15 ft cord ending in a NEMA 5-15P plug. UL1363 and cUL certifications confirm the safety rating. Buyers whose equipment draws more than 15 A total must choose a higher-rated unit.

Simple mounting and spacing

Keyhole slots allow wall or bench mounting with screws. The 1.625 inch centre-to-centre spacing accommodates bulky transformers without blocking adjacent outlets. The lighted switch confirms power status at a glance.

Questions about this item

What does the 15 A rating mean for devices I plug into the six outlets?

The strip can supply up to 15 A total across all six NEMA 5-15R receptacles, so the combined draw of connected equipment must stay at or below that limit.

What does the NEMA 5-15R outlet type and UL 1363 listing tell me about compatibility and safety?

The six outlets accept standard North American 5-15P plugs at 120 V, and the UL 1363 / cUL certification confirms the strip meets recognised safety requirements for relocatable power taps.

What space and mounting options does the 12.5 inch metal housing need?

The all-metal case measures 12.5 inches long by 2.5 inches wide by 1.5 inches high, with keyhole slots for wall or bench mounting and 1.625 inch centre-to-centre outlet spacing for bulky plugs.
