Sprocket for 1 1/4 in pitch chain

The Tritan 100BS20H is a finished-bore roller chain sprocket with 20 teeth and a 1 15/16 in bore. It is designed for single-strand number 100 chain and suits power-transmission builds that require a fixed hub on one side. The black-oxide steel body provides corrosion resistance in industrial or agricultural drivelines.

Check shaft and chain match

Verify that your shaft measures exactly 1 15/16 in and includes a 1/2 in keyway to accept the two set screws supplied. Confirm the chain in use is single-strand with a 1 1/4 in pitch so the 20-tooth profile engages correctly. The hub projects 1.371 in from the sprocket face, so ensure adjacent components allow this clearance.

Set screws and keyway included

Two set screws and a 1/2 in keyway are factory-fitted, removing the need to source separate locking hardware. The fixed bore and one-sided hub simplify alignment during installation. Black-oxide finish reduces surface oxidation without adding dimensional changes.
