A finished-bore steel sprocket with 11 teeth, 3/4 in bore, keyway and two set screws for 35 chain
The Tritan 35BS11H is a finished-bore steel sprocket built for single-strand 35 chain with a 3/8 inch pitch. It suits maintenance crews and OEM builders who need a direct replacement on conveyors, packaging lines or agricultural drives.
The black oxide coating resists corrosion in normal industrial environments while the fixed 3/4 inch bore and two set screws lock the hub securely to the shaft. Steel construction handles routine torque loads without excessive wear or noise.
This unit replaces sprockets with damaged teeth, elongated keyways or missing set screws. The jump is worth it when the existing hub shows fretting or when a keyed connection is required for positive drive.

Slide the sprocket onto the shaft, align the 3/16 in wide by 3/32 in deep keyway with the shaft key, then tighten both set screws securely; the step often missed is forgetting to seat the key fully before locking the screws.
Inspect the 11 teeth for hooking or uneven wear, check that the two set screws remain tight, and verify the black-oxide finish has not worn through to bare steel; replace the sprocket once tooth profile is visibly distorted.
The 1.5 in outside diameter and 1.331 in pitch diameter constrain chain wrap and speed; sustained high RPM will accelerate tooth wear and heat buildup at the 0.582 in hub projection before other dimensions become critical.
