A 16-tooth steel sprocket with a 3/4-inch finished bore, keyway, and set screws for 35 chain
The Tritan 35BS16H is a finished-bore steel sprocket built for 35 chain size and single-strand drives. It suits maintenance technicians and small-machine builders who need a direct replacement on conveyors, packaging equipment or agricultural drives.
The 3/4 in bore includes a 3/16 in wide by 3/32 in deep keyway plus two set screws for positive shaft locking. A one-side hub measuring 1 1/2 in diameter and 0.582 in projection keeps the assembly compact while the 3/4 in length through bore provides full engagement.
The 16-tooth design yields a 1.922 in pitch diameter and 2.11 in outside diameter, delivering smooth engagement with standard 35 roller chain. Steel construction and black-oxide finish resist wear in continuous industrial operation without adding rotating mass.
