A 22-tooth steel sprocket with a 3/4-inch bore, keyway, and set screws for 35 chain
The Tritan 35BS22H is a steel sprocket with a 3/4 in finished bore, keyway and two set screws for #35 roller chain. It has 22 teeth, a 2.83 in outside diameter and a 2.635 in pitch diameter. The black-oxide finish resists corrosion in power-transmission drives.
This sprocket directly replaces an existing #35 chain sprocket that uses a 3/4 in fixed bore, 2 in hub diameter and 7/8 in length through bore. The jump is worth it when the current sprocket shows tooth wear, keyway damage or excessive run-out that affects chain engagement.
It fits shafts that accept a 3/4 in bore with a 3/16 in wide by 3/32 in deep keyway and two set-screw positions. Builders needing a different bore size, tooth count, hub style or multi-strand chain should look at other sprockets.

The fixed bore is 3/4 in with a 3/16 in wide by 3/32 in deep keyway and two set screws for positive drive.
Slide the sprocket onto the shaft, align the key in the 3/16 in keyway, then tighten both set screws against the key and shaft flat.
Replace the sprocket when the 22 teeth show hooking or the 2.83 in outside diameter wears unevenly; replace set screws if threads strip.
