A 20-tooth steel sprocket for 40 chain with a 5/8-inch plain bore and black-oxide finish
This new TRITAN sprocket is a steel power-transmission component built for single-strand 40 chain. It suits maintenance teams and equipment builders who need a plain-bore hub with a 5/8 inch bore diameter. The black-oxide finish adds corrosion resistance for industrial environments.
The sprocket carries 20 teeth with a 3.196 inch pitch diameter and a 3.46 inch outside diameter. It handles 1/2 inch chain pitch on a single strand and fits bores up to 1 7/8 inch maximum. A 1 inch length through bore and 2 5/8 inch hub diameter provide the mounting surface, while the plain bore has no keyway or set screws.
As a passive steel sprocket it generates no noise and draws no power during operation. Heat is limited to normal friction from chain engagement under load. The 0.716 inch hub projection keeps the assembly compact without adding thermal mass.

The sprocket has a 5/8 inch plain bore with no keyway, so it slides onto a matching shaft and is secured with a set screw or pin you supply.
Check that the 3.46 inch outside diameter runs true, the 3.196 inch pitch diameter meshes smoothly with the chain, and the 1 inch length through bore sits flush against the hub.
The box contains only the sprocket; the plain bore has zero set screws and no keyway, so you must provide your own locking hardware.
