Finished-Bore Sprocket for #40 Chain

This TRITAN 40BS18H sprocket is a new power-transmission component with an 18-tooth profile cut for single-strand #40 roller chain. It ships with a finished 1-inch bore that includes a standard keyway and two set screws for positive shaft locking.

For Maintenance Teams Standardising on #40 Drive

The sprocket suits technicians replacing a worn unit on existing #40 chain drives where a 1-inch keyed shaft is already specified. Buyers needing a different bore size, a split hub for quick removal, or a multi-strand configuration should look at other listings.

Eighteen Teeth on a 2.879-Inch Pitch Diameter

At 18 teeth the sprocket delivers a 3.14-inch outside diameter and 1-inch length through bore, providing standard wrap for #40 chain at moderate speeds. The 0.716-inch hub projection and 2 5/16-inch hub diameter limit use where shaft spacing is tighter than those dimensions.
