Finished-Bore Sprocket for 40 Chain

The Tritan 40BS25H is a 25-tooth steel sprocket with a fixed 7/8 in bore, keyway and two set screws included. It suits maintenance teams and machinery builders who need a ready-to-mount replacement for single-strand 40 chain drives. The black-oxide finish adds corrosion resistance for industrial environments.

Fits Single-Strand 40 Chain Drives

The sprocket matches 1/2 in pitch chain and uses a one-side hub with 3 3/4 in diameter and .716 in projection. The 3/16 in wide by 3/32 in deep keyway locks to a standard keyed shaft, while the two set screws provide secondary retention. No additional bushings or adapters are required for installation.

Consistent Engagement Under Continuous Operation

The 3.989 in pitch diameter and 4.26 in outside diameter maintain accurate tooth-to-roller contact during sustained running. Hardened steel teeth resist wear when the drive operates at constant load, and the black-oxide coating reduces surface fatigue over extended duty cycles.
