Steel 20-tooth sprocket with 1/2 in pitch, hardened teeth, black oxide finish and quick-detachable SH bushing
This Tritan sprocket is a single-strand, 20-tooth component designed for 1/2-inch pitch roller chain. It suits maintenance teams and machine builders who need a hardened-steel drive element that can be swapped without removing the shaft.
The hub accepts an SH-series quick-detachable bushing with a maximum bore of 1 5/8 inches. Hub diameter is 2 11/16 inches and projection is .529 inches, leaving the opposite side of the shaft free for other components or bearings.
Teeth are heat-treated for wear resistance and the black-oxide finish adds corrosion protection. Tooth width measures .284 inches, while pitch diameter is 3.196 inches and outside diameter is 3.46 inches, ensuring consistent engagement under normal loads.
