Steel sprocket with 16 teeth for 50 chain size, 1 1/4 inch bore with keyway and set screws included
The Tritan 50BS16H is a finished-bore sprocket with a 1 1/4 in bore, keyway and two set screws for secure shaft mounting. It suits maintenance teams and OEM builders replacing worn drive components on #50 roller chain systems.
Black-oxide finished steel resists corrosion and distributes wear across 16 teeth during continuous operation. The 3.204 in pitch diameter and 3.52 in outside diameter maintain consistent engagement, while the 1 in length through bore supports the hub under steady torque.
Single-strand 5/8 in pitch chain is the only compatible type; multi-strand or different pitch chains will not seat on the 2 1/2 in hub. The fixed bore and 1/4 in keyway width prevent adaptation to other shaft sizes without machining.

The steel body with black-oxide finish dissipates heat normally for a 16-tooth, 50-chain sprocket; no special cooling or noise rating is published.
You need a 1 1/4 in diameter shaft with a 1/4 in wide by 1/8 in deep keyway; two set screws are included to lock the hub in place.
Yes — it is cut for standard #50 chain (5/8 in pitch), 3.204 in pitch diameter and 3.52 in outside diameter, so it matches other #50 components.
