Steel sprocket with 26 teeth for 50 chain, 1 3/16 inch bore with keyway and set screws
This finished-bore sprocket is designed for single-strand 50 chain and carries 26 teeth. It suits maintenance teams and equipment builders who need a direct replacement on existing drives. The steel body with black oxide finish resists wear in power transmission applications.
The bore measures 1 3/16in and includes a 1/4in wide by 1/8in deep keyway for positive torque transfer. Two set screws lock the hub to the shaft, while the 3in hub diameter and .907in projection keep the assembly compact. Black oxide coating adds corrosion resistance during daily operation.
Verify that your shaft matches the 1 3/16in bore and that the keyway width and depth align with your key stock. Confirm the chain pitch is 5/8in and that the 5.52in outside diameter clears surrounding guards. The 5.185in pitch diameter must match the driven sprocket for correct centre distance.
