Steel sprocket with 32 teeth for 50 chain, 1 3/16 in bore, keyway and set screws included
The Tritan 50BS32H is a finished-bore steel sprocket built for #50 roller chain. It carries 32 teeth on a 6.72 in outside diameter and a 6.376 in pitch diameter. The 1 3/16 in bore includes a 1/4 in wide by 1/8 in deep keyway plus two set screws for positive shaft locking.
Swap this in when an existing #50 sprocket shows tooth hooking, elongation wear or a damaged keyway. The jump is worth it if the drive requires the 32-tooth count for correct speed ratio or if the 1 3/16 in bore matches the shaft without additional machining.
The hub measures 3 1/4 in diameter with a 0.907 in projection and a 1 1/4 in length through bore. It needs a standard #50 chain, a matching key in the shaft keyway and room for the hub projection on the mounted side. It frees the builder from sourcing a separate bushing or reboring a blank sprocket.

The fixed bore measures 1 3/16 in and accepts a 1/4 in wide by 1/8 in deep keyway for positive drive engagement.
Tighten both set screws evenly against the shaft after aligning the key in the keyway; uneven torque can cause the hub to walk off centre.
Replace when chain elongation reaches the manufacturer’s limit or when the 32 teeth show visible hooking, typically after several chain replacements.
