A new 20 mm bore angular contact ball bearing with double shields, polyamide cage and alloy steel rings rated to 12 000 RPM from -40 to 175 °C
The Tritan 5204 ZZ/C3 PRX is a new angular contact ball bearing supplied as a single unit. It carries industry numbers 3204 and 5204 with a 20 mm bore and 47 mm outside diameter. The transparent polyamide cage and double-shielded closure protect the alloy-steel balls and rings. Collectors of industrial components or precision hardware will recognise the matched specification.
Two rows of alloy-steel balls share the load across the 20.6 mm width. The bearing is rated for a maximum speed of 12 000 RPM and operates continuously between -40 and 175 degrees Celsius. Factory-filled SRI 2 and Polyrex EM grease maintains lubrication through extended runs. It is not a matched pair, so axial capacity relies on a single row orientation.
The 20 mm bore fits standard shafts without adaptation. Double shields simplify handling but prevent relubrication once sealed. Polyamide cages tolerate the stated temperature range yet can degrade above 175 degrees Celsius. Buyers who need a matched set or a different contact angle cannot use this single bearing.

The bearing is rated for a maximum operating temperature of 175 °C, so sustained high-speed use stays within that thermal limit.
You need a shaft with a 20 mm diameter to match the bore of this angular contact ball bearing.
Yes, the 47 mm outer diameter and 20.6 mm width match the standard 3204/5204 envelope, so it drops into the existing housing.
