Finished-bore steel sprocket with 15 teeth for 60 chain, 1-1/4 inch bore, keyway and two set screws included
This is a new TRITAN 60BS15H finished-bore sprocket for 60 chain with 15 teeth. It has a 1-1/4 in bore diameter, 1/4 in keyway width and 1/8 in keyway depth. Two set screws are included for shaft fixation.
It suits maintenance teams replacing worn sprockets on existing 60 chain drives with matching shaft size and keyway dimensions. Builders needing a different tooth count, bore size or multi-strand hub should look at other configurations.
The 2 7/8 in hub diameter and 1 1/4 in length through bore set the axial space required on the shaft. Black oxide finish and steel construction handle standard power transmission loads. The 0.791 in hub projection determines clearance to adjacent components.

Yes, the hub includes a 1/4in wide by 1/8in deep keyway and comes with two set screws for locking onto a 1-1/4in shaft.
The sprocket measures 3.98in outside diameter with a 0.791in hub projection and a 2 7/8in hub diameter, so compare those dimensions to your current spacing.
Check that the chain seats evenly on all 15 teeth, runs without jumping or excessive noise, and that the set screws remain tight on the key after a short test run.
