Precision Power Transmission Component

The Tritan 60BS20H is a finished-bore steel sprocket built for 60 chain. It arrives new with a 1 5/8 in bore, keyway, and two set screws for immediate installation on driven shafts.

20 Tooth Profile With 5.19 In Outside Diameter

The 20 tooth design yields a 4.794 in pitch diameter for smooth engagement. The 3 7/8 in hub and 1 1/4 in length through bore provide solid shaft support while the .791 in projection keeps the assembly compact.

Black Oxide Finish With Included Fasteners

Black oxide coating resists corrosion in industrial environments. The 3/8 in wide by 3/16 in deep keyway and dual set screws lock the sprocket securely, freeing the builder from sourcing separate hardware.

Questions about this item

Will the 20-tooth sprocket engage cleanly with my existing 60 chain?

The sprocket is cut for 60 chain pitch at 3/4 in, so it matches standard 60 roller chain tooth spacing.

How can I verify the 5.19 in outside diameter after mounting?

Measure across the tooth tips with a caliper; the reading should be 5.19 in when the sprocket is seated on the shaft.

Does the box include the 3/8 in key and both set screws, or must I source them?

Two set screws are included; the 3/16 in deep by 3/8 in wide keyway is machined in the bore, but the key itself is not supplied.
