Industrial Sprocket 60 Chain Size

This TRITAN sprocket is a finished-bore power-transmission component built for single-strand 60 chain. It suits maintenance teams and OEM assemblers who need a ready-to-mount steel sprocket with a 1-inch bore and standard keyway.

Twenty Tooth Capacity

The 20-tooth design on a 4.794 in pitch diameter drives 3/4 in pitch chain at moderate speeds. It handles typical industrial loads but reaches its limit on very high-torque or high-cycle applications where a larger pitch or multi-strand sprocket would be required.

Steel Construction Black Oxide

The steel body with black-oxide finish resists corrosion in normal shop environments. Two set screws and a 1/4 in wide by 1/8 in deep keyway lock the bore securely, keeping vibration and noise low during regular operation.

Questions about this item

Will the 1 in bore and 1/4 in keyway on this 60 chain sprocket match the shaft and key I already have?

The sprocket has a finished 1 in bore with a 1/4 in wide by 1/8 in deep keyway, so it fits a 1 in shaft that uses a standard 1/4 in key.

How can I confirm the 20-tooth sprocket is seated correctly after installation?

Check that the 5.19 in outside diameter and 4.794 in pitch diameter align with the chain, verify the 1 1/4 in length through bore sits flush on the shaft, and ensure both set screws are tight on the key.

Does the box include the two set screws, or do I need to buy them separately?

The package includes the sprocket with black-oxide finish and two set screws already supplied; no additional fasteners are required for installation.
