A 15-tooth hardened-steel sprocket for ANSI 60 single-strand chain with a quick-detachable SH bushing
The Tritan 60SH15H is a new ANSI B 29.1 chain sprocket finished in black oxide with hardened teeth for wear resistance. It suits collectors of industrial hardware or engineers preserving vintage drive-line components.
A quick-detachable SH bushing fits the 1 11/16 in maximum bore, allowing tool-free hub changes without pulling shafts. The 2 11/16 in hub diameter and 1 7/16 in length through bore keep the assembly compact inside existing guards.
The 3/4 in pitch and 15 hardened teeth engage only single-strand ANSI 60 roller chain at a 3.607 in pitch diameter. Multi-strand or larger-pitch chains will not mesh, and the .459 in tooth width prevents use with heavy-series belts.

It is built for 3/4 in pitch chain number 60 and meets ANSI B 29.1 and BIS standards.
The hub fits an SH quick-detachable bushing with a maximum bore of 1 11/16 in.
Insert the bushing into the sprocket, align the holes, hand-tighten the cap screws, then torque them in a star pattern to seat the taper — skipping the star sequence leaves the hub loose.
