Steel sprocket with 13 teeth, 1 3/8 in bore, keyway and set screws for 80 chain
The Tritan 80BS13H is a finished-bore steel sprocket built for single-strand 80 chain. It has 13 teeth, a pitch diameter of 4.179 in and an outside diameter of 4.66 in. Black oxide finish and a 3 in hub add corrosion resistance and rigidity for power-transmission drives.
This sprocket suits shafts that measure exactly 1 3/8 in and require a 5/16 in wide by 5/32 in deep keyway. Two set screws lock the hub in place. Builders needing a different bore, tooth count or multi-strand chain should select another model.
A hub projection of 0.925 in and a length through bore of 1 1/2 in keep the sprocket compact inside existing guards. The fixed bore and included hardware mean no extra machining is required, freeing up assembly time for alignment and tensioning.

The fixed bore is 1 3/8 in with a 5/16 in keyway width and 5/32 in depth, so it fits a 1 3/8 in shaft with a matching keyseat.
Yes, it is cut for ANSI 80 chain with a 1 in pitch; the 13 teeth give a 4.179 in pitch diameter that matches standard 80 chain spacing.
Verify the hub face is flush with the shaft shoulder, the key fills the 5/16 in keyway, and the 4.66 in outside diameter runs true with no wobble.
