A 4-bolt flange bearing with a 1-3/16 inch bore and double-sealed radial ball insert
This square flange bearing carries the Tritan name and arrives in new condition. It is intended for collectors and enthusiasts who value industrial hardware as display pieces or conversation starters. The blue finish and 4‑bolt pattern make it a distinctive addition to a memorabilia shelf.
The radial ball insert is made from alloy steel and runs in a double‑sealed, NLGI #2 grease fill. Operating limits span from minus 40 to 250 degrees Fahrenheit, so the unit remains stable across a wide temperature range without requiring active cooling or generating noise.
The bearing accepts a 1 3/16 inch cylindrical shaft and is a non‑expansion type, meaning it will not accommodate axial shaft growth. Buyers who need a floating or expansion unit should look elsewhere.

Align the four 3-1/4 in centre-to-centre holes, bolt the cast-iron square housing down evenly, then tighten the inner-ring set screws on the 1-3/16 in shaft.
The bearing ships with NLGI #2 equivalent grease; re-grease through the housing fitting at intervals suited to load and speed.
The NLGI #2 equivalent lubricant is rated to 250 °F; sustained operation above that temperature will degrade the grease first.
