The Tritan HCFU211-32 is a new 4-bolt flange bearing designed for radial-load power-transmission applications. Its square cast-iron housing holds an HC211-32 alloy-steel radial ball insert with a 2-inch cylindrical bore. Double-sealed closures retain the NLGI #2 equivalent lubricant across a -40 to 250 degrees F operating range.

Replaces Worn Fixed Units

This fixed-expansion bearing upgrades equipment where the original insert has seized or the housing has cracked from shock loading. The jump is worth it when shaft alignment is stable and the 5 1/8 inch mount-hole spacing matches the existing pattern. It is not for floating-end positions that require axial expansion capability.

Sustained Load Behaviour

Under continuous operation the double seals limit contaminant ingress while the cast-iron housing dissipates heat from the alloy-steel balls. The NLGI #2 equivalent grease maintains film strength at the upper temperature limit without frequent re-lubrication intervals. Fixed expansion keeps shaft position repeatable during thermal cycles.
