Tritan SS6304 2RS Radial Bearing

This is a new stainless steel radial ball bearing built for corrosive environments such as food, beverage, pharmaceutical and poultry processing. It suits maintenance engineers and OEM buyers who need a metric 6304 series bearing with double contact seals and ABEC 1 precision.

20 mm bore with 2,864 lbf dynamic capacity

The bearing handles a dynamic radial load of 2,864 lbf, giving reliable service on light to medium duty shafts in wet or caustic settings. It runs out when loads exceed that rating or when higher ABEC precision is required for high-speed spindles.

Grade 304 stainless rings, cage and balls

All rolling and structural components use Grade 304 stainless steel, so the assembly resists rust and chemical attack without extra coatings. The double contact seals retain lubricant and block ingress, reducing relubrication intervals in wash-down applications.

Questions about this item

Will the 20 mm bore fit the shaft on my older 6304-series equipment?

Yes, the bore is 20 mm with a tolerance of +0/-0.01 mm, matching the standard 6304 bearing number.

How can I confirm the double-sealed closure is seated correctly after installation?

Check that both contact seals sit flush against the outer ring and rotate the inner ring by hand — it should turn smoothly without binding.

Does the box include a retaining ring or lubricant, or must I source them separately?

The bearing ships as a single 6304 unit with stainless-steel rings, cage and balls; retaining rings and lubricant are not included.
