A square-flange radial ball bearing with a 5/8 in cylindrical bore, double-sealed alloy-steel insert and cast-iron housing for power-transmission applications
This new Tritan radial ball bearing features a 47 mm bore diameter housed in a blue cast iron square flange. The UC202-10 insert is made from alloy steel with double seals and fixed expansion. It suits machinery requiring a four-bolt mounting pattern.
The bearing operates between -40 °F and 250 °F using NLGI #2 equivalent lubricant. Double-sealed construction helps retain lubricant and exclude contaminants during normal operation. No external power or active cooling is required for this passive component.
Four bolt holes on a 2 17/32 in centre-to-centre height secure the 3 3/8 in square housing to the mounting surface. The unit ships pre-lubricated with NLGI #2 equivalent grease ready for installation. No additional accessories or software are included.

Align the four mount holes on the 3 3/8 in square housing with the 2 17/32 in center-to-center pattern, insert bolts through all four holes, and torque them evenly; the step often missed is checking that the housing sits flat before final tightening.
The double-sealed radial ball insert comes pre-filled with NLGI #2 equivalent grease and is designed for relubrication through the housing fitting; plan to add compatible grease at regular intervals based on load and speed.
The bearing is rated for a maximum operating temperature of 250 degrees F; sustained running above this limit will degrade the lubricant and seals before any other component fails.
