Tritan UCF214-44 Flange Bearing collectible

Product Identity

This is a new Tritan UCF214-44 four-bolt flange bearing supplied as a sports memorabilia collectible. It features a cast-iron square housing with a 2-3/4 inch cylindrical bore and includes the UC214-44 radial ball insert made from alloy steel. The unit arrives double sealed with NLGI #2 equivalent lubricant already applied.

Build and Mounting Implications

The blue cast-iron housing provides rigid mounting through four bolt holes on a 5 63/64 inch center-to-center pattern with an overall height and length of 7 19/32 inches. Fixed expansion type means the bearing does not accommodate axial shaft float, so alignment must be precise during installation. Double seals protect the rolling elements from contaminants in dirty environments.

Thermal and Power Behaviour

Operating temperature range spans from -40 to 250 degrees Fahrenheit, allowing use in both freezing and high-heat conditions without relubrication intervals dictated by the factory fill. Sealed construction keeps drag torque low and noise minimal during normal rotation. No external power is required beyond the driven shaft.
