A 40 mm radial ball bearing with a cast-iron rhombus housing and double-sealed alloy-steel insert
The Tritan UCFL202-10S is a rhombus two-bolt flange bearing designed for shaft support in power-transmission equipment. Its 5/8 inch cylindrical bore accepts alloy-steel radial ball inserts for industrial maintenance and machinery builds.
The cast-iron housing uses a double-sealed closure with NLGI #2 equivalent lubricant, rated from -40 to 250 degrees F. Fixed expansion type and single-row rolling elements set the practical limits for alignment and contaminant resistance.
Two mounting holes on a 3 57/64 by 1 7/32 inch pattern secure the 2 15/64 inch tall housing. Blue finish and cast-iron construction suit harsh environments where bolted flange retention is required.
