A radial ball bearing with a 35 mm bore and double-sealed cast iron housing, fixed for temperatures from -40 to 120 degrees C
The Tritan UCFL207-35MM is a rhombus housing unit with a 35 mm cylindrical bore. It uses a UC207-35MM radial ball insert made from alloy steel. The cast iron housing carries two mounting holes and is finished in blue.
Suits applications that require a double-sealed radial ball bearing rated from -40 to 120 degrees C. The NLGI #2 equivalent lubricant is factory-filled. Not for buyers who need an expansion-type unit or a housing with more than two mounting holes.
Confirm the shaft measures 35 mm for the cylindrical bore fit. Check that the two-hole rhombus pattern matches the machine frame. Ensure the operating temperature stays within the -40 to 120 degrees C range.

The bearing accepts a 35 mm cylindrical shaft, secured by the set-screws on the UC207-35MM insert included in the housing.
The flange has two mounting holes spaced for the UCFL207 pattern; match the centre-to-centre distance on your frame before fitting.
Rotate the shaft by hand — it should turn smoothly without binding — then monitor temperature; the lubricant is rated from -40 °C to 120 °C.
