Two-bolt flange bearing with 1-3/4 inch bore, cast-iron housing and double-sealed radial ball insert
The Tritan UCFL209-28 is a new two-bolt flange bearing with a 1-3/4 inch cylindrical bore. It uses a radial ball insert made from alloy steel and a cast-iron rhombus housing. The unit arrives double sealed and pre-filled with NLGI #2 equivalent lubricant for immediate installation.
Maintenance teams and machinery builders who need a fixed-expansion unit rated from -40 to 250 degrees F will find this part suitable. Buyers requiring an expansion-type bearing, a different bore diameter, or a housing style other than the two-bolt rhombus should look at other options.
The 1-3/4 inch bore diameter is the single dimension that determines whether this bearing fits the shaft. Verify the shaft size before ordering because the bore cannot be altered and no adapter is included.

The housing has two mount holes and measures 7 13/32 in overall length by 4 1/4 in overall width.
Align the set-screw or eccentric collar with the shaft flat before tightening, otherwise the bearing will not lock securely.
Relubricate at regular intervals based on speed and load; the double-sealed insert holds factory grease but extreme temperatures shorten the interval.
