5-in-1 Styling Tool for Home Users

The trylater WT-638 combines a hair dryer, straightener, curler, volumiser and scalp massager in one 800W corded electric unit. It is designed for people who want multiple styling options without buying separate appliances. The cream-coloured body houses 360° negative ion emission and a ceramic coating that distributes heat evenly. Three temperature settings cover fine, normal and thick hair types.

Attachments Enable Five Distinct Functions

The set includes an air wrap barrel for curling, a hot comb for straightening, a volumising brush, a drying nozzle and a massage head. Switching between them changes the tool from a blow dryer brush to a curling wand or a straightening comb in seconds. Negative ions release continuously during use to reduce frizz and static. The ceramic surface helps heat penetrate hair quickly for faster drying from the inside out.

Handles Damp Hair Up to 70% Dry

The styler works best on hair that is already 70% dry; soaking wet strands will not style properly. Fine hair needs the low setting and small sections, while thick or curly hair requires the high setting and longer hold times of 10 to 12 seconds per strand. An automatic shut-off activates if internal temperature reaches 160°C due to blocked vents or voltage surges. The device is rated for 110-120V only and will be damaged on 220V supplies even with an adapter.

Questions about this item

What replacement parts will the WT-638 5-in-1 styler need over time?

The intake filter may clog with hair and dust, weakening airflow; clean or replace it periodically. No other user-serviceable parts are mentioned.

What limit appears first during a long styling session with this 800W brush?

Overheat protection shuts the unit down at 160°C if vents are blocked, voltage surges occur, or humidity exceeds 75%.

How loud or hot does the WT-638 get when running continuously all day?

The supplier notes only that a faint odor is normal on a new unit; persistent smell, smoke or abnormal heat mean the filter needs checking or support should be contacted.
