Steel 41-chain sprocket with 11 teeth, 1/2 in plain bore and black-oxide finish
The Tsubaki 41B11 sprocket is a single-strand steel component designed for 41 chain pitch systems. It features an 11-tooth configuration with a plain 1/2 inch bore diameter and includes set screws for secure shaft mounting. The unit is finished with a black oxide coating for corrosion resistance.
This sprocket fits applications requiring a 1.775 inch pitch diameter and a 7/8 inch length through bore. The 1045 steel grade provides adequate strength for standard power transmission duties. Buyers needing a different tooth count, bore size, or multi-strand compatibility should look at other options.
The package supplies set screws for immediate installation without separate hardware sourcing. A 1/8 inch wide keyway with 1/16 inch depth allows positive torque transfer when used with a keyed shaft. The 1 7/16 inch hub diameter and .648 inch projection define the mounting envelope.

The sprocket is cut for 41 chain size and has 11 teeth, so the mating chain must be ANSI 41 single-strand roller chain with matching 1/2 in pitch.
The bore is plain 1/2 in diameter with a 1/8 in wide by 1/16 in deep keyway, and set screws are supplied; verify your shaft diameter and key dimensions match before installation.
Rotate the assembly by hand and check for radial wobble at the 2 in outside diameter; a true-running sprocket shows no visible run-out and the chain engages each of the 11 teeth smoothly without skipping.
