TTArtisan AF 35mm f/1.8 II for Fuji X

This lens is built for Fuji X mirrorless cameras and weighs 176g, making it a light daily companion for street, travel and portrait work. Its 35mm focal length gives a natural 53mm equivalent view on APS-C sensors. The all-metal 5052 aviation aluminium body keeps the construction solid without adding bulk.

Practical limits of the F1.8 aperture and AF system

The wide f/1.8 maximum aperture lets in plenty of light for low-light scenes and creates shallow depth of field with smooth bokeh from nine diaphragm blades. Autofocus is optimised for speed and accuracy on Fuji X bodies, though continuous tracking performance will vary with the camera model and subject motion.

The specification that decides fit

The lens uses the Fuji X mount, so it only works natively on Fuji X-series cameras. If your system uses a different mount, this is not the right part. The 10-element, 7-group optical design with two ED elements controls aberrations across the frame, but mount compatibility is the single factor that determines whether it fits your kit.

It provides a field of view equivalent to 53mm on full frame, matching the natural perspective of the human eye for street, landscape and everyday shooting.

What does the f/1.8 aperture mean in practice?

The wide f/1.8 maximum aperture combined with 9 diaphragm blades creates smooth background blur for subject isolation and allows faster shutter speeds in lower light.
