Retro 104-Key Layout

The TUKO RK104 is a full-size mechanical keyboard with 104 keys, round typewriter-style keycaps and a wood-grain finish. It uses green linear mechanical switches that give an audible click and smooth travel. The wired USB connection works with Windows XP through Windows 10 and macOS. It is aimed at typists and gamers who want a vintage look with modern rollover support.

USB Wired Connection Limits

The keyboard draws power and data from a single USB cable, so it needs an available USB-A port on the host machine. No wireless or Bluetooth option exists, and there is no built-in USB hub for passing through other devices. Cable length is fixed, so desk placement must stay within reach of the port. The 6-key and full N-key rollover modes function only over this wired link.

Check Port and OS Before Buying

Verify that your system has a free USB-A port and runs one of the listed Windows versions or macOS. The adjustable knob stand changes the typing angle, so confirm the chosen height suits your desk layout. No software suite is mentioned, so lighting or macro customisation is not available. Buyers who need wireless freedom, extra macro keys or a compact form factor should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Should I choose the 104-key full-size version or a smaller layout?

The RK104 is only offered as a full-size 104-key board, so you get a dedicated number pad, function row and navigation cluster in one unit.

What does the wood grain surface and round keycaps feel like during daily typing?

The wood grain finish adds a textured, vintage look while the spherical round keycaps sit higher than standard caps, giving a pronounced typewriter-style finger feel.

How does the USB wired connection limit rollover performance compared to other interfaces?

The USB cable supports both 6-key and full N-key rollover modes, so every keypress registers without ghosting regardless of how many keys you hold.
