Home cardio rower for low-impact fitness

The TUKO Stamina Magnetic Rower supports users up to 250 lbs and delivers a full-body cardiovascular workout at home. Eight adjustable magnetic resistance levels let you control intensity with a simple dial turn. The integrated LCD monitor displays total strokes, strokes per minute, workout time, distance and calories burned. It suits anyone seeking quiet, joint-friendly exercise without a gym membership.

Eight resistance levels and stroke tracking

The magnetic system provides eight distinct levels so you can progress from light warm-ups to harder intervals. Resistance changes are smooth and nearly silent, keeping the session focused on effort rather than noise. The console counts every stroke and calculates pace, duration, distance and calorie burn in real time. There is no automatic programme control or external power requirement.

Quiet operation and compact storage

Magnetic resistance eliminates friction noise, making early-morning or late-night rows unobtrusive. Built-in transport wheels allow the frame to be rolled away, and the unit stands vertically on its end to minimise floor footprint. Ball-bearing rollers, a padded ergonomic seat and pivoting foot plates with straps keep each stroke comfortable. A muuv app subscription adds guided audio coaching and follow-along assembly help.

Questions about this item

Will the eight-level magnetic resistance dial still feel smooth if I keep my older heart-rate chest strap?

The magnetic resistance is adjusted by a mechanical dial on the rower itself, so it operates independently of any external heart-rate monitor you already own.

How can I confirm the LCD monitor is tracking strokes per minute and calories correctly after assembly?

Start a rowing session and watch the LCD display update in real time — it shows total strokes, strokes per minute, workout time, distance and calories burned as you row.

Does the box include the muuv smart workout app subscription or do I need to buy it separately?

The muuv app is included with the rower at no extra cost; it provides guided audio coaching, a follow-along assembly video and personalized workouts tailored to this machine.
