Questions about this item

What wall opening size does the 28 inch insert with its fixed trim kit require?

How do I choose between hardwired and plug-in power, and what is the common mistake?

The fireplace offers both hardwired and simple plug-in cord connections; the frequent error is leaving the plug-in cord connected while also hardwiring the unit.

When will the LED flame or crackling sound module need replacement?

The 3D LED flame effect and crackling sound are solid-state with no user-serviceable parts; they typically last the life of the appliance under normal use.
