Suits living rooms needing surface and storage

This table suits living rooms that want both a surface for drinks and a shelf for magazines or remotes. Buyers who need a larger footprint or a different finish should look at other options. The charcoal veneer is fixed and cannot be changed.

48 by 24 inch top with lower shelf

The 48 by 24 inch top comfortably holds a tray, books and a small lamp with room to spare. The lower shelf handles baskets or board games without crowding the floor. Very large sectionals may overhang the 24 inch depth, leaving less clearance for knees.

Questions about this item

Does the 48-inch wide tabletop require any special floor protection?

The tabletop is high-quality hard wood veneer with natural wood grain in charcoal finish. Wide-angled legs provide stability on standard flooring. Felt pads can be added if desired.

Will the 24-inch deep shelf hold the same items as the top surface?

The shelf underneath the tabletop provides extra storage space. It shares the 48-inch width and 24-inch depth but has less vertical clearance than the open top.

How do I confirm the 19-inch height is correct after assembly?

Measure from the floor to the tabletop surface. The assembled height should be 19 inches. Wide-angled legs should sit evenly and the charcoal finish should show natural wood grain.
