tuphen King Size Upholstered Platform Bed Black

King Size Velvet Platform Bed

The tuphen king size platform bed combines a metal and solid wood frame with a specially shaped velvet headboard. Its black finish suits modern bedrooms and the design targets adults who want a statement piece that also delivers firm mattress support without a box spring.

Trapezoidal Frame and Slat System

The bed body and footboard use a trapezoidal silhouette that adds visual structure to the room. A widened and thickened wood slat system sits directly on the solid wood rails, distributing weight evenly and removing the need for a separate foundation or bunkie board.

High-Density Headboard Cushion

The oversized headboard is filled with high-density rebound sponge angled to follow the spine from neck to lower back. This ergonomic slope lets you sit up comfortably for reading or working on a laptop while the velvet cover remains soft against skin.
