Distressed Black Vegan Faux Leather Ottoman

Hand constructed using solid wood, engineered woods and high density foam. Upholstered with a durable Distressed Black Vegan Faux Leather. The top lifts easily to reveal a storage compartment with a child safety hinge that prevents lid slamming. Mid Century design includes a solid wood framed base.

Multi-functional Coffee Table and Foot Stool

Replaces separate coffee tables, foot stools and accent chairs while adding hidden storage. The jump is worth it when one piece must serve as a surface, a seat and a place to stow blankets or toys. Assembly is required before first use.

Living Room or Family Room Centrepiece

Fits into a seating arrangement as a central table, a footrest or extra seating. The lift-top mechanism frees up floor space by storing items inside the frame. Solid wood legs provide a stable base on level floors. Requires room for the lid to open fully.

Questions about this item

How much floor space does the 34.1" wide by 26" deep base require?

The ottoman occupies a rectangle of 34.1 inches wide by 26 inches deep, so allow at least that much clear floor area plus room to walk around it.

Which step of the assembly is most often missed when fitting the child safety hinge?

The child safety hinge must be aligned and screwed to both the lid and the frame before the final tightening; skipping the pre-alignment causes the lid to bind or slam.

How should the Distressed Black Vegan Faux Leather be maintained over time?

Wipe the faux leather with a damp cloth and mild soap, then dry immediately; avoid harsh cleaners, direct heat and prolonged sunlight to prevent cracking or colour change.
