Tuphen Rebecca Storage Ottoman Slate Grey

The Tuphen Rebecca is a hand-constructed occasional table combining solid wood, engineered wood, and high-density foam beneath a Slate Grey linen-style fabric. It suits living rooms or family rooms where a single piece must serve as a coffee table, footstool, and extra seating.

Hydraulic lift-up lid with child safety hinges

A hydraulic mechanism raises the lid smoothly and holds it open, revealing a large interior cavity for blankets, magazines, or remotes. Child safety hinges prevent sudden closure, so the lid stays put while items are added or removed during daily use.

Leg attachment only, powder-coated iron legs

The main body arrives fully assembled; only the black powder-coated iron legs require fastening to the base. Alignment is straightforward, but the pre-drilled holes can be tight, so a proper screwdriver and steady pressure avoid stripped threads.

Questions about this item

Does the hydraulic lid stay cool and silent after repeated daily use?

The lift-up lid uses hydraulic child-safety hinges designed for smooth, quiet operation without generating heat, so repeated opening and closing stays silent and cool to the touch.

What tools or extra parts do I need before the ottoman is ready to use?

Only the included powder-coated iron legs must be bolted to the pre-drilled base; no additional tools, hardware or assembly steps are required.

Will the slate-grey linen fabric and black iron legs clash with my existing walnut coffee table and leather sofa?

The neutral slate-grey upholstery and matte black powder-coated legs are designed to complement both warm wood tones and leather without visual conflict.
