tuphen Single Sofa Bed Velvet Gray 300lb

4-in-1 Convertible Sofa Bed for Small Spaces

This tuphen single sofa bed converts between a chair, chaise lounge, bed, and storage unit to suit compact living rooms or guest rooms. The gray velvet upholstery and tufted detailing provide a modern aesthetic that coordinates with existing decor. A sturdy wood and metal frame supports up to 300 lbs for daily sitting or occasional sleep use. High-density sponge cushioning delivers a firm, elastic feel for both rest and sleep.

Pull-out Mechanism Limits Bed Dimensions

The pull-out design extends the seat into a sleeping surface, but the overall length and width are fixed by the frame and cannot be altered. The velvet fabric resists light wear yet may show pressure marks after prolonged use in bed mode. The 300 lb capacity applies to static weight; dynamic loads from jumping or heavy impact can stress the metal joints. Storage pockets on the side hold small items but are not rated for heavy objects.

Tool-free Assembly with Common Alignment Issues

All required tools and hardware ship in the box so no extra equipment is needed. The backrest bolts to the base in a few steps, though the pre-drilled holes can be slightly off-centre requiring gentle force to align. The pull-out rail must slide smoothly; debris in the track during assembly causes sticking later. Velvet fabric attracts lint, so vacuum the surface before first use to avoid embedded fibres.
